boys_basketball_icon El Modena has a new boys basketball head coach.

Former Sonora All-County player Jeff Berokoff has been hired as coach of El Modena’s boys basketball team.

Berokoff, 29, was All-County first team as a senior at Sonora in the 1997-98 season. He coached lower levels at Sonora before spending the past three season as varsity head coach at Pomona High.
