Good idea.  However, I would encourage you to look at rankings in not only their current age division but the one above as well.  For instance there is a Dana player that I will not name here, who is ranked in the 16&#039;s and 18s.  He 16s ranking is on the low side because he has been playing up in the 18s.   Just something to consider.</description>
