He is talented and does not look "spectacular" only because he is so smooth. And yes, the defensive player of the year. Note - without him MD lost the last 2 games. With Brown - they would have beaten ML King, Westchester, Fairfax - all of them. Without Brown even though MD had excellent replacements, they were stumbled, several times. Agree with Highschool Fan
Andy Brown is the player of the year in Orange County.

Yes I am a MD fan and long time basketball fan, coach, official. Say what you want about MD but many will tell you, IF... he had never got hurt, things would have ended differently. He was witout a doubt the MVP of the team and County. Maybe not the most spectacular or talented player yet the most valuable. A true winner, leader and gentlemen. He did it all when needed, defense, poise, shooting, stability and always guarded the other teams best player.
