Brea Olinda 3, Century 0: Kyle Norms’ 13 kills led the Wildcats sweep 25-18, 25-19, 25-18. Zach Rabago had 25 assists. Brea is 2-2. Century 1-2.

No. 5 Santa Margarita 3, La Costa Canyon 1: Mike McMahon had 25 digs for the Eagles, who improved to 3-1 with a 25-19, 20-25, 25-17, 25-13 victory.

No. 10 Laguna Beach 3, Woodbridge 0: The Breakers moved to 4-1 with their 25-16, 25-18, 25-23 win. Scott Chapel had 12 kills. Harrison Phelps added 10 kills and 15 digs.

No. 2 Orange Lutheran 3, Lakewood 0: The Lancers cruised 25-13, 25-13, 25-22 and are now 3-0.

No. 1 San Clemente 3, No. 10 Edison 1: The Tritons had three players in double digits kills and moved to 2-0 with the 25-17, 21-25, 25-15, 25-19 victory. Edison is 0-3. Ian Castellana, Grayson Overman and Zack Teske and 11 kills for San Clemente. Arik Metzger had 41 assists and 7 digs.

Santa Barbara 3, Foothill 1: The Knights (0-3) rough start continued with a 25-17, 25-19, 26-28, 25-23 defeat. Dane Worley had 25 kills.

No. 3 Corona del Mar 3, No. 8 Huntington Beach 1: The Sea Kings won their season opener 25-19, 25-20, 27-29, 25-22 behind Weston Nielson’s 22 kills and Dylan Davis’ 17 kills. The Oilers are 5-3.

Canyon 3, La Quinta 0: The Comanches fought off the need to go four games with a close third-game win, 25-15, 25-17, 26-24.

Brethren Christian 3, Orange Academy 1: Brethren fought back for a 19-25, 33-31, 25-19, 25-22 victory to improve to 3-0.

Ocean View 3, Rancho Alamitos 0: The Seahawks had an quick night 25-18, 25-18, 25-14.

Tesoro 3, Sage Hill 1: Cole Evans had 15 kills and Parker Kalmbach had 10 for the Titans in their 22-25, 25-12, 25-20, 25-15 win.

Los Amigos 3, Santa Ana 1: The Lobos won in four 25-12, 25-16, 17-25, 25-11 behind Peter Do’s 7 kills and 8 digs.

Saddleback 3, Bolsa Grande 1: The Roadrunners took it 25-22, 25-10, 20-25, 25-19.
