A lot of what he goes by are the player and team profiles submitted by the coaches and the records of the teams in the past year. Make sure your team statician keeps OC Varsity updated after every game, and don't be hesitant about sending results and highlights to Carlos and the OC Varsity staff. Many counties in CA do not have coverage of girl's sports, so being able to track our player's stats and progress on OC Varsity really adds to the enjoyment of the kids and the families.
