No. 6 Trabuco Hills 3, Foothill 0: The Mustangs (2-0-1) broke open a scoreless tie at the half with three second-half goals Saturday at Trabuco Hills High.

Sarah Halverson scored twice and had an assist. Her corner kick was headed in by Natalie Warner.

Saturday’s shutout was the third consecutive for the Mustangs to begin league. Northwood (3-0) is up next week for Trabuco Hills in a showdown for first place.

No. 8 El Toro 2, Woodbridge 1: The Chargers (1-2) received first half goals from Sandra Roberts and Emily Goldstein on Saturday morning at Alton Park.
It was El Toro’s first Sea View League victory. Goldstein also assisted on Roberts’ goal.

Goalie Michelle Wieland made a team-high four saves.
