OCVarsity.com’s girls soccer reporters Jason Eichelberger and Chris Tobolski are starting a weekly contest in which they — and a handful of the county’s fans — will make predictions on the week’s top games.

We’re calling it: The Field of 11 contest.

The participants can pick a winner or a tie, but a point system is used in which 2 points is awarded for a correct winner pick and 1 point for a correct tie pick.

Here are the games for the first week of The Field of 11:
