I’ve been comparing Los Alamitos and Foothill ever since I compiled the girls water polo preseason poll. I considered the Griffins’ injury news, incoming talent on each side and the tradition of Foothill girls water polo. The Lady Knights managed to come out on top each time until today.

I have cast aside the teams’ scores vs. common foe Edison and picked the better team at this point. Los Al has been more impressive and has the offensive firepower and defense that would earn a narrow victory against Foothill right now.
