At this point, there doesn’t seem to be anything that can stop Saddleback’s midfielders.

Led by Omar Laris and his two goals, the Roadrunners cruised to  their 13th victory of the season on Monday, defeating Golden West League rival Westminster, 5-0.

That was the the Roadrunners eighth shutout of the season, and they have now outscored their opponents, 49-9.

Jesus Ayala, Edgar Ramos and Jesus Salgado also scored for visiting Saddleback, the No. 1 team in the county.

Fountain Valley 3, Los Alamitos 1: Jordon Gorman scored three goals, two of them coming in overtime to lead the visiting Barons (6-2-4, 3-0).

Esperanza 1, Newport Harbor 0: Daniel Borst knocked in a goal and Jerrod Stith recorded five saves to lead the host Aztecs (11-4, 2-1).
