I've never written before, and don't even know if I'm doing so in the right spot, but I feel compelled to mention that I think that freshman Gianna Lowery (Capo Valley) should have earned a spot as one of your five standouts after a hat trick in her first ever league game on Thursday. I'm happy for the other freshman you have listed. It's great to see these young ladies with the confidence to take the shots against some of the best (many of them older) defensive players and goalies in OC. Way to go!
