Abdul is the top scorer and rebounder in the G.G. League . I would pick him over anybody in the league .

Response to Mr. Jeff comments about Umanzor , questioning why he should not be player of the year I'm assuming that you must be a fan of Boslsa High school team. if you are, I can see why you are so partial about your comments. you should judge a player, not just because he scores a lot in One Game. You should check who's leading the Boards At Garden Grove League , Remember last Year When Grove Played Bolsa?. Maybe you forgot last year, But Umanzor had 20 plus points on Bolsa.Plus as far as varsity, Umanzor made the team as a Freshman.!! Umanzor will be the player of the year. Sorry

Yes, agreed...Santiago does have some streaky shooters, but they don't play together and they take too many chances on defense. They run alot of full court press which allows them to give up alot of points. If they got rid of their coach for a real coach maybe these kids would learn the game of basketball and learn some discipline.

Garden Grove should win league this year. As far as Umanzor for player of the year, I doubt that. That Yousef kid from Bolsa should win that award. Also watch out for Sean Young from Garden Grove. He is a great player with great skills, probably the best player in that league, but will start slow due to being the offensive player of the league for the football team.

Santiago has streaky shooters and could pull of some upsets. Bolsa Grande has without a doubt lost alot since last year but could still do great in this league with Abdul Yousef one of the top players in orange county. Rancho Alamitos has great coaching along with pretty decent players.Theyve also got some young players on the rise. Garden Grove is right up there with the better teams in the league as well. They have a little more depth then most of the other teams.

Abdul Yousef is the top dog in this league. He is athletic has height and is a beast. Put Umanzor in another league and he doesn't even make varsity. Abdul would hold his own in another league. LA Quinta should rename their team to the Little Saigons and Santiago isnt winning anything till they get a new coach. Somebody who actually knows what he's doing.

I think abdul yousef is the best player in the league, he is hardworking, athletic and experinced look for him to be mvp of the league
