Canyon (9-6) vs. Brea Olinda (8-8)
Friday, 7:30 p.m., at Brea Olinda
Outlook: Call him Kyle. Call him K.C. Just give him the ball.
Caudill, the 7-foot-sophomore, is averaging 16 points and 12 rebounds through the nonleague season.
Now, everybody in the league knows him, so he will probably see his share of double and triple teams. How will he handle that?
Then again, that probably shouldn’t stop him.
In case it does, Brett Kelley (11.8 ppg) get ready. You should get a lot of good looks.
Caudill’s presence alone could give Brea Olinda the nod as league favorite.
Or is it Canyon? The Comanches are getting accustomed to life without Jerime Anderson (UCLA). Anderson, the Register Player of the Year, did a lot last year (22.6 points, 7.8 rebs, 6.0 assists and 5 steals) for the Comanches as they won the Century League title.
Can this group of Comanches find ways to win games?
Canyon has played a tough nonleague schedule going 2-2 against teams who have been ranked in the county’s top 10.
Canyon also finished fifth at the Orange Holiday Classic.
A lot of players earned valuable experience last year, how much will that help them?

Answer to the Canyon question? YES!
Can someone step up and give some Kudos to the Comanche's victory over the Big kid? I had placed a blog comment earlier today that is conspicuosly absent from the site. It basically said the same thing; that the hoop TEAM off the 91and Imperial is not getting a syllable re: it's big win over Brea last night. ???
