3. Tesoro

The Titans' 6-foot-8 Chris Manresa has been one of the county's top centers since his sophomore year. He averaged 18 points and 10 rebounds last year, when he was a co-most valuable player of the South Coast League. Manresa signed with University of San Diego. Senior guard Matt Bailey averaged eight points and three assists last year. Three other projected starters are on the Tesoro football team that has advanced to the Pac-5 Division championship game, so it will be awhile before Tesoro has all of its key players on the court. The Titans were 19-9 last year.
