2. Los Alamitos

Last year’s Sunset League champions bring back their top three-point shooter, junior Tim Chung, and senior forwards Clark Evans (also Los Alamitos’ football quarterback), Jacob Cheek and Nathan Berger. The Griffins, 19-9 last season, should be one of the mor athletic teams in the county. They play a tough nonleague schedule, so there could be a couple of losses on the ledger going into league play.
