Santa Ana Stadium is the likely site for the Tesoro-Orange Lutheran semifinal football playoff game this week. It is one of six CIF-Southern Section semifinal playoff games that will be played in Orange County over two days, Friday and Saturday.

Some semifinal sites were secured Saturday. Others probably will be confirmed Monday.

Lutheran coach Jim Kunau said it was “90 percent” certain that its Pac-5 game on Saturday against Tesoro will be at Santa Ana Stadium. Tesoro was ranked No. 1 and Orange Lutheran was No. 3 in the final Orange County rankings.

Tesoro (11-0) is one of three undefeated county teams in the semifinals. The others are St. Margaret’s (11-0) and Laguna Hills (10-0).

In the Southwest Division semifinals, Tustin is the home team against Canyon on Friday, and probably will be hosting that game at its on-campus stadium. The other Southwest semifinal, Trabuco Hills vs. La Habra on Saturday, will probably be at La Habra High, La Habra coach Frank Mazzotta said.

Laguna Hills will play Norwalk at the Laguna Hills stadium on Friday in a Southern Division semifinal.

In the other Southern Division semifinal, Corona del Mar is the home team against Mayfair of Lakewood on Saturday. Corona del Mar coach Jason Hitchens said that game probably will be at Newport Harbor High.

St. Margaret’s will play a home game Friday in the East Valley Division semifinals. The Tartans played a semifinal playoff game at its on-campus field last year.

St. Margaret’s has won 40 in a row. The county record for consecutive victories is 41, set by Mission Viejo earlier this decade.
