Newport Harbor beat Esperanza but Esperanza was ranked higher than Newport Harbor 7 out of 10 weeks!!
And maybe Esperanza has no chance against Poly, but Esperanza wasn’t supposed to beat San Clemente either!
By the way Tritons…Great game, either team could have won. Good Luck next year!

Okay Dan, you have to explain why the heck you place LaHabra above a team that beat them in a head to head game, San Clemente. I could see this if LaHabra beat a team that would be a pretty sure bet to beat SC, but they haven’t. Also, every team that SC has lost to is in the top 6 of your top 10. Which of those teams would La Habra have won? I could also see it if they were in the same league and went further in the playoffs, but they aren’t. So, what’s the story?

I guess this is why you beat a weaker team 83-0, because no matter what people say, it will help you in where some people will rank you.

I wonder which Esperanza team shows up against Poly!

I think someone is going to have to shut down OLU’s ground game to be able to beat them. They are really grinding it out right now. Ask Mater Dei and Fountain Valley.
