San Clemente is going to be a silent bull, you watch, we will prevail and come out on top this year. I have a feeling based on the past two games we played against Number one Ranked Tesoro who won a close hard fought game fair and square this year with no referee interference. Congratulations Tesoro. And against Mission where we fell short by literally yards from a come back deficit of over 20 points. The Tritons are fired and primed for an upset year this year. Look out Trinity, here we come.

I can’t see how the Moore League would have four teams in, and Crespi would be out. Are you sure the Press Telegram does not have a bias in favor of the Long Beach area teams?
The Moore League is an 8-team league and 8-team leagues are guaranteed four entries.
If Newport & Esperanza were to win then there would be 5 teams with a (3-2) record. Everyone would have beaten each other and there would be a 5 way coin flip. There would be 5 League Champions and most likely only 3 of those teams would go to the playoffs. How would you feel about being a league champ but not making playoffs? Kinda bizarre to think about. If Edison beats Esperanza and Newport beats Los Al then you would have an (8-2) Los Al team who would finish 4th in league. It would be hard not to take them as the Wild Card. Kinda bizarre to think about.
How can Arias, Calhoun and Tobolski all have La Habra in their top ten and them not be in the official top ten? They play tough teams, and do well against them, I think they have worked hard enough for it.
