Here's a team-by-team look at the Pacific Coast League:

(Click on a team name to see season totals.)

Laguna Hills (9-0, 4-0): The Hawks clinched the league title with a 20-13 victory over Irvine on Thursday. Laguna Hills has a bye next week, so it finishes the regular season undefeated for the first time in school history.

Corona del Mar (8-2, 3-1): CdM clinched second place with a victory over Beckman on Friday.

Irvine (7-3, 2-2): The Vaqueros clinched third place with a victory over University on Friday.

Beckman (6-4, 1-3): The Patriots were eliminated from playoff contention by CdM on Friday.

University (4-6, 0-4): The Trojans are out of the playoff picture.

Note: There are no at-large berths in the Southern Division, so Pacific Coast League teams need to finish in the top three to get in the playoffs.

Last year was a fluke for Uni, they didn't need the atlarge birth. And this year they would need more than an atlarge, they would need a miracle! lol
