Westminster jumped up to seventh, Segerstrom and Garden Grove both fell six spots. Santiago and Corona del Mar both jumped two spots.
Irvine went up three spots, even though it had a bye.
Through it all, Laguna Hills is still the team to beat.

Was GG already looking toward Santiago last week? Now GG has to scramble to finish second. If they lose this week and finish third, GG has to play a first place team in the first round of playoffs. Man, how the mighty have fallen.

Went to the Segerstrom-Westminster game last Thursday night. What a great game. Both teams giving it their all. Lions had a little bit more talent, but Jags had more heart to keep it that close. Even with Garbutt running wild against them, Segerstrom still had a very good chance to steal victory. Lions needed a trick play for a touchdown and two costly Jag errors (lost fumble in Lion territory and blown coverage on a fourth down play) to finally put Segerstrom away.

Santa Ana-Segerstrom this week. Won't be close. Jags will run SA into the ground. Don't worry Saints, good shot to finish third and get blown out in first round of playoffs. GG-Santiago most intriguing game this week.
Garden grove shouldn't be that high or even ranked..
well Santiago-Garden Grove game lost a bit of interest but its still one of the best game this week in the Garden Grove League Garden Grove losing to Los Amigos and Santiago beatting La Quinta by three points mad the Santiago-Grove game lost some interest keeping in mind that if Grove beats Santiago and Santiago beats Los Amigos i bealive it would make it a three way tie for league crown but pretty sure Santiago wants to retain its crown after waiting for a long time...props to Bolsa Grande for beating Rancho Alamitos last week its shows their improvent and La Quinta's performance against Santiago last week this season turn out very interesting and cant wait whats going to happen
Irvine and laguna hills should b a really good game i actually think irvine could b beat laguna hills but who knows anything could happen
as for GGL santiago vs grove should b the game of he week who do u guys think will win?

Plus were coming off a bye week.We may come out flat, we may come out rested and ready to rock.Should be a great game.Biggest challenge so far ,even more so than Cyp was, no disrespect to Cyp.Cyp is doing just fine. Laguna Hills is looking good in every dept. So we will see!

pretty sure cdm was the biggest challenge before LH considering the fact irvine lost to cdm while cypress lost to u guys might want rethink that one

Cyp and Laguna are similar they run options and use the QB alot in run plays. Refsnyder is faster then Reza and Laguna ran the ball better then Cyp overall. Congrats to LHHS they should go deep into playoffs.The score was 13 -13 at the half we were still in it forsure. Against Laguna we could not afford mistakes we made a few that cost us but overall did ok against the ranked #1 team.We ran the ball better this game compared to CdM and Cyp.Ya CKings no disrespect you guys are good. Your coach and team have skills! You guys will continue to be good in the years to come forsure.Pac Coast should be well represented in the playoffs.We just need to beat Uni now for a playoff spot.

the exciting thing about laguna hills is that they played awful against irvine but were still able to beat a great team.
i agree with 12478658431 the laguna hills defense was just off tonight... they were missing tackles and just not playing as hard as usual. not to take anything away from irvine. they did a terrific job, but laguna hills is just a power house this year. i feel sorry for whoever has to play them first round of CIF cus you can bet thos boys will be hungry

Whoa, what a game in the GGL last night. ONe of those tough grind it out, wait for the last buzzer type of games. the Argos played excellent opportunistic football and the cavs woke up too late in the game to change the outcome. Congrats Argos; Cavs, next week is a chance at redemption - force a 3 way tie! You have the defense to get the job done...

you said the jaguars would runover the saints.... NOT..................
it was a tough & excited game. the Jaguars were tricky and scored early but the saint adjusted and by the 2nd half they stopped them.
I talked to some the saints after the game. They remarked how cocky & trash talkin' Segerstrom was. Very sore loser.
CORDMAN common yeah sure the jaguars lost to the saints but common they dont play dirty like those saints or even talk smack...... when in the other hand here are the saint players spitting on the offense and trying to pock out the running bs eyes out common ...what is that. all I have to say luck, thats what they had that game

The jags/sore loser, would not even shake hands w/ the saints after the game!!!
As far as dirty playing goes I agree with Ray up to a point, but the saints were reacting to attempted cheap shot, other garbage & lack of respect. There has to be a degree of sportsmanship and of the teams the saints played the jags take the cake according to several players I talked to!!
But you know Santa Ana Saints have always been labeled in a negative & PREJUDICIAL light and it showed at the game. Oney play A saint & a jag were banging helmets & slapping each other after the whistle had blown. Who was ejected?? the santa ana kids, but what about the jag player? Not. the tape don't lie
I could give more examples re: unsportman conduct off the field during the preceding week that I and others have witness
but it doesn't matter to you ,legit 40 or pappy. You guys have your minds made up and it really doesn't matter what you all say because it all irrelenvant to these kids because they BEAT THE JAGS fair & square for the 2nd year in a row.
