Another weekend, another tournament. This Friday and Saturday it’s the California Challenge at Torrey Pines, and it will include national No. 1 La Costa Canyon, along with Top 15 teams Mira Costa and Long Beach Wilson.

From the OC, Laguna Beach is the top-seeded team, grabbing the eighth and final No. 1 seed. San Clemente, which won the Capo Valley Tournament last week over an injured Laguna Beach in the finals, is seeded No. 16, in the same grouping as La Costa Canyon. Tesoro is No. 19, in Long Beach Wilson’s pool, and Mater Dei is No. 22.
