Outlook: Los Alamitos had to battle to the very end to beat La Habra, 28-21, last week. If the Griffins indeed did coast when they had a three-touchdown lead in the fourth quarter, their judgment is faulty because that is a dangerous tact against a team that is as spirited and physical as La Habra.

Team and individual adjustments had better be made for this game. Narbonne is the top-ranked team in the Los Angeles City Section, and the Gauchos have plenty of playmakers. Among them is receiver Byron Moore Jr., who has committed to USC. Moore had kickoff returns of 48 and 50 yards in a 56-34 victory over Westchester last week.

Winner: Los Alamitos
