TUSTIN (1-3) VS. WESTERN (2-1)

Site, date, time: Western High, Fri. Oct. 3, 7 p.m.

Outlook: Tustin got in the win column last week with a 69-28 victory over Centennial of Compton. But that was not a very challenging opponent. But Orange Lutheran was, two weeks ago, and the Tillers made it quite a game before losing, 10-0.

Running back Anthony Wilkerson looked recovered from a knee injury, rusing for 202 yards and five touchdowns. Western lost to Fullerton, 21-13, last week. That might be more of an indication that Fullerton has a special team this year than anything else. Look for Western's offensive backfield trip of Mookie Cooksie, Quincy Kizzie and Ruben Ortega to lead the Pioneers in this game.

Winner: Western
