Another week, another long list of worthy candidates. However, I feel that this performance should be rewarded.
The Week 3 star is ….
Robert Cruz, Magnolia, Sr., running back
Cruz rushed for 343 yards Friday against Estancia. That is remarkable, no matter who the opponent is. What makes this even more special is that this is the second time this season that Cruz has posted this number, according to our numbers. Cruz also rushed for 343 against Katella. So, maybe instead of No. 32, he could change his number to 343.

Robert, is a threat every time he touches the ball! Glad to see his getting some looks. If he had played from a Trinity school or Sunset, he would have had offer’s before this season.
