Here are Steve Fryer’s teams 11-15:

11. La Habra (2-0). The Highlanders beat South Hills, the top-ranked team in the CIF-Southern Section’s Southeast Division last week. That’s a very significant victory. La Habra got 11 points in the voting this week.

12. Laguna Hills (2-0). Kind of difficult to get a fix on the Hawks after beating Trabuco Hills and Segerstrom, but they still look strong.

13. Dana Hills (2-1). Yes, the Dolphins were clobbered by Edison. But Edison is capable of doing that to a lot of good teams.

14. Foothill (2-1). The Knights were No. 21 last week. Moving up seven positions happens when you beat a Trinity League team like Santa Margarita, which Foothill did last week.

15. Santa Margarita (1-2). The Eagles’ upset loss to Foothill shakes my confidence in their ability to climb back into the county top 10.
