Laguna Hills is the only team in the PCL who actually plays decent teams in their non league schedule. I mean beckman 3-0 come on. who have they played?

  • md says:

Beckman is a good team… whats wrong did your team not make top 10?

  • TrojanAlum says:

just because u think that PCL doesnt play good teams doesnt mean they dont, the PCL is probably one of the most underrated leagues in high school football and is a strong division with some good teams, and just because laguna hills has a seemingly harder schedule isnt it funny that Uni got further in CIF then laguna did last year

  • Pappy says:

Santa Ana at no. 8? They have a cupcake preseason schedule. Their first five opponents are a combined 1-11 right now. Wait until their first league game against Westminster.

  • CKings says:

um wait o ya cdm plays a top ten county team and LH doesn’t hhhhmmm wierd i thought he said no other PCL team has a tough schedule wow buddy no ur info.

  • Devilspride says:

According to sources at LH uni did not want to play laguna hills last year during the wild fires. could be argued bc they were undefeated the week before they would have had to play the hawks?

  • Devilspride says:

to at to me other comment. I will correct myself and agree with ckings. I forgot that CDM plays newport every year. It is always a fun game to watch and very competitive.

  • 1234 says:

devilspride learn to type. But i have to agree, minus the fact about cdm not playing hard teams. Newport is great this year. Should be an excellent game this week. and as i just looked at lagunas non league schedule… its decent. 3 teams WERE ranked in the top 25 that they play. El toro fell out and Trabuco is still in there, but on the edge, and Canyon is again a strong team.

  • TrojanAlum says:

devilspride just because a source at Laguna Hills says that uni didnt want to play, obviously they wouldnt admite if they were the ones that didnt want to play, i talked with the coaches and it was a pretty much mutual decision being that only option for them to play would have been on monday or tuesday the next week and that would have been a disadvantage to both teams especially since uni had a game on thursday of that week against CDM, laguna had more comfort in playing since their game wasnt untill saturday and it was against beckman, and what happened the year before when laguna was supposed to kill UNI, they tied even with fires, and yeah CDM plays good teams as well so learn your football before mouthing off

  • someone says:

it shouldn’t matter what teams the ranked teams have played after all every non-ranked team will bring it all out on the field when they play a ranked team and so far the best preseason game in this division so far is the Garden Grove and Westminister game which put two ranked teams heads on. Anyways I believe the only way to truly measure a team is to play them and I’m sure all of the ranked teams will meet in CIF then whoever wins can have bragging rights.

  • Uni4sport99 says:

Just discovered this platform. Uni is doing an awesome job we’re taking the wave from last year’s UNDEFEATED regular season. Don’t underestimate us, Cunningham conditions the players like no other team. Hands down the best conditioned team every season. We may be undersized, undermanned, many players are going iron-man and are one of the best all around athletes in the county so don’t be mistaken football in Trojan-land is not a fluff program.

  • class of 95 # 77 NT, DT says:

WE NEVER GET ARE PROPS FOR DOING GOOD UNI IS ON THA RISE AND THA OC BETTER LOOK OUT, CUNNINGHAM KEEP UP THA GOOD WORK CLASS OF 95 THA DIRTY 30

  • anonymous says:

Class of 95, that would make you 31 and you’re still claiming your high school football position and included your number like anyone here knows, let alone cares, who you are. Why dont you grow up and stop posting from your Sidekick III BRO.

  • thevine says:

uni is a good program. every few years they put out an outsatnding group. last years group is an example. PCL has great parity aside from LHHS dominance lately but so far it looks like its not a clear road to the playoffs for anybody in the PCL or Southern Division for that matter

  • jason says:

anonymous, OUCH. Let ‘uncle rico’ continue to live in his best years! LOL

  • anonymous2 says:

uni didnt want to play laguna during the wildfires. laguna was ready for the game and uni was pleading to cancel it
