looks like jserra finally scheduled some teams they can beat. Too bad their ‘basement’ dwelling teams (in their respective leagues). LOL
So much for Canyon #1 in the Southwest Division. Go Fullerton!
Man, I’m surprised by Fullerton’s victory. I saw El Do look good last week against Kennedy but the G’Hawks are young on defense. I wonder if El Do tried to go to the air with Kane? Great victory for Fullerton. El Dorado coach Jeff Bailey is an alumnus of Fullerton. I guess sometimes, you really can’t go home. Maybe this is a good wakeup call for El Do. And it must have gotten La Habra’s attention.

This was suppose to be the year that the Centurions showed that last years was not a fluke. I guess it is the same old small program. Until this team starts beating, or better yet starts competing against teams like Los Al, Servite, Mater Dei, and Poly. They will always be known as a small time program.
Hey Coach Fenton. Maybe you can play Ball Middle School and get a win under your belt.
Fullerton’s Offensive Line did a great job, they blew-out the young Hawks D-Line. Fullerton made great adjustments at half-time and their defense stepped up.
A completely different Fullerton team then in their loss to Canyon.
Hawks need to regroup and get ready for Valencia.

Great long passed in the early part of the game by Marina and good mixture of a ground game. I’m afraid that Marina got a little greedy late in the 2nd quarter with less that a couple of minutes and got it in the air and got intercepted with a 21-7 lead and paid for it , halftime 27-14 Marina. That took the air or momenum from the Vikings. Second half wasn’t a very good sceem for Marina and they got pass happy a paid the price of being one dementional. The Kids fought hard on both sides but the Lions had a much bigger line which made it hart to open holes. One last thing why all of a sudden the CIF allows same side seating in football games that almost got out of hand. Marina played very hard and the kids played their hearts out. Go Marina Vikings
Westminster/Lion Game! Great game both sides playing very hard with the victory going to the Lions. Good Job Lions way to go…….I agree same side seating is rediculous especially in such a small stadium where everyone has to sit so close. I hope in the future they make some adjustments. I also hope the JV player from Marina who thought it was a good idea to run in front of all the Lion Fans flaunting his Marina jerrsey, waving it in the air, and yelling will pay some kind of consequence for that! If that would have never happen everyone would have continued to be able to respect the fact that we had boys on the field playing there hearts out and here some knuckle head has to practically start a riot! Nice going!!!!!!!!
