24. Pacifica (10-3) – Southwest Division runnersup last year, the Mariners return two of their 2007 top offensive performers.
Quarterback Raymond Huizar, left, threw for 2,712 yards and 23 touchdowns last year, and running back Josh Brannon rushed for 1,506 yards and eight touchdowns while averaging 6 yards a carry. But Pacifica has some playmakers to replace, with graduation having taken ‘07 Empire League most valuable player Tyler Ortiz (receiver) and league defensive player of the year Raphael Huizar (safety/receiver). Only six starters are back, so there are holes to fill.

i don’t think i’ll see them play this year.
Southwest Division runnersup ?
Men, we won’t be in the Southern Division anymore. Good luck.
overrated………………. big time
PACIFICA will do great , will work hard as a team like they always do and each year is a better result, GO MARINERS #1 fan…..
Way, way underrated
Who cares about the ratings its all about what you leave on the field
Idk wat the other teams look like really
All I know is that here at Cypress we are ready to go
gonna be a good season
great games to watch
PACIFICA IS CONSISTENTLY A POWERHOUSE. WILL END UP TOP 10…ATLEAST.
Pacifica is always on top because they showcase players from Garden Grove popwarner like Raymond Huizar and “Big” Josh Gully.Thats how O-LU won the state championship… behind The Pemasa Boy’s. Go Bulldog’s!!!!
