League finals….Don’t you love it? I can only  cover one this year and I have picked Trinity League (they say, we’re a Trinity League paper anyway) live from St. John Bosco of Bellflower.

Bosco wants us to cover them, but we’re not covering them. Something about not being in Orange County. Just a small technicality. I might put a couple of names in tomorrow’s paper though.

You know the Trinity League teams: Servite, Mater Dei, Orange Lutheran, Santa Margarita and Bosco.

We’re halfway through the varsity first round matches. This should be an easy night. Cameron Furey (the soccer/wrestler) just pinned his opponent at 152 pounds. There is a story floating around the web that a certain Register reporter (me) did on Furey last year. It is an interesting read. Check below.
