Special to OCVarsity.comIrvine – University is off to its best start in more than 10 years after beating
Laguna Beach, 38-0, tonight at Irvine High.

The last time the Trojans began a season 4-0 was in 1995.

“It is exciting, but we still have a lot of work to do,” University Coach Mark Cunningham said. “There is a lot that we can still improve on.”

University’s run offense might not need much improvement. The Trojans threw the ball just six times all night against
Laguna Beach. University racked up 287 yards on the ground.
