Alert: El Dorado wins Southwest championship

A scoreless second half works just fine for El Dorado, which knocks off Charter Oak, 17-6, to capture the CIF-SS Southwest Division championship at Citrus College.

The Golden Hawks dropped their first game of the season and haven’t lost since.

Phillip Van Holland scored twice on 1-yard touchdown runs to help lift El Dorado to the title.
